i miss not home but other things

i hate not loneliness but the awareness of being lonely. the awareness of being lonely is so much longer than loneliness itself.

i miss not home but other things. things i don’t know what to call. things i shouldn’t remember.

yet it feels like

opening an old pink dresser

just to find all your CD cases empty

and then remember

you brought them to the wrong place, in which you feel so lonely

now
